New phone system increases productivity by £11k per month

Since we first started using Citytalk for our Local Geographic Numbers, we have also invested a Citytalk Ericsson-LG IPECS telephone system and Citytalk ISDN Lines.

One of the best features of this phone system is that it allows us to see on the phone's display which form of advertising the customer has got our number from.

e.g. the phone's display shows: "Google Adwords" or "Yellow Pages Bedford" or "Recommendation Card - James" along with the customer's caller ID. We can then to tailor our offering depending on where the customer has found our contact details and monitor the effectiveness of our advertising.
